Our staff are from the vehicle purchasing industry, skilled in knowing where to go for the best deals on a day to day basis. Our dealer relationships are second to none. We aim to delight every customer – making the process of finding the right car or van at the right price simple and quick.

How much does using your service cost?
Nothing, it is completely free to the customer. Our supplying dealers offer us a small introduction fee.

Where will my vehicle come from?
We’ll use our network of UK dealers to fulfil your order. The vehicle may come from a motor groups’ centralised distribution centre or a dealer site anywhere in the UK, the priority is to get the right price for you.

How do I know it won’t be imported or in some other way not to full UK specification?
Because we only buy from main UK franchised dealers, who will not supply an imported or non-UK specification vehicle. As with all vehicles from UK franchised dealers, the vehicle will have full standard UK warranties.

How will we be able to buy the car?
The dealer we are able to fulfil your requirement with will contact you as soon as you confirm your customer will take the vehicle, you can then place the order direct with that dealer at the agreed price using your standard purchase processes.

How long will my quote price be available for?
Your quote is “live” at the time you get it but as our deals change continually, we cannot guarantee it will remain the same if you wait. Often our deals depend on first-come-first-served stock offers from dealers on a day to day basis. So to ensure you get the price we've quoted you need to order as quickly as possible.

Will I need to pay a deposit?
Contract hire & leasing companies will follow their standard transaction process with dealers. For a customer not using a funder to purchase a vehicle but arranging their own purchasing, the dealer may require a small deposit, but not always unless the vehicle would present them with a re-sale problem should it be cancelled prior delivery

Who is my contract to purchase with?
It is with the car retailer, No money changes hands between you and ourselves, you will deal direct with a reputable franchised dealer.

What if the manufacturer changes the price while I’m awaiting delivery?
Our excellent dealer relationships mean pricing is usually held. Sometimes events are outside our dealer’s control. If you place an order, and a subsequent manufacturer specification or price change affects your order prior to delivery, and is beyond the dealer’s control, we will endeavour to work with the dealer to assist you. This happens rarely and is entirely in the manufacturer’s hands, but usually involves a very minor change. The dealer will let you know and discuss it with you if any change affects your order.

How do I know about progress on my client's order?
The dealer we link you with for your purchase will keep you in touch with progress. If it is a factory order there may be a few weeks while it awaits build or shipment where there is little to report, so do not be concerned. We will be keeping an eye on progress with the dealer and your in-house progressing activity within your normal purchase process should also be helping you assess progress.

How do I buy accessories like mudflaps, mats, babyseats etc?
If you require dealer items such as towbars, mats, mudflaps, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, dog guards, baby seats, roof racks etc, these can be added to your order direct with the retailer when they contact you. The retailer can advise you expertly and will quote you at keen prices on our behalf, seperately, for these items.

How will the vehicle be delivered?
Our quote includes road-driven delivery (UK mainland) to keep costs down for you. The vehicle will arrive driven by a trained and experienced driver, and the delivery mileage will include that between the dealer’s distribution compound and your delivery address. The delivery price quoted is the delivery charge the dealer has to pay the vehicle manufacturer to bring the vehicle into stock, and put it through the PDI processes to get the vehicle ready to go on the road.

If the driver requires a trailered delivery, the vehicle will carry a few miles on the odometer at delivery, to allow for pre-delivery testing prior delivery and short distances within the retailer’s distribution process. A trailered delivery can be arranged direct with the dealer we link you with at extra cost.

For locations including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight etc the dealer will quote you individually.

Most commercial vehicles cannot be trailered.

When will I need to take delivery?
Customers are expected to accept delivery of the vehicle within 2 weeks of it arriving into the dealer’s stock unless the dealer agrees any other timescale in advance with you. Our prices are low as we help dealers move stock quickly.

How much fuel will be in it?
The vehicle will be delivered with up to one quarter of a tank. This keeps costs down.

What happens if I have to cancel the vehicle before delivery?
If you have to cancel a vehicle prior delivery, you must inform the dealer we have linked you with for the purchase, immediately, and ourselves as a courtesy please, as your contract to purchase is with the dealer. You may be subject to that dealer’s cancellation policy which may include losing your deposit (where one has been paid) and the amount will vary depending on how close to delivery the vehicle is. Costs will be higher if the vehicle is built, and even more if it has arrived in the dealer’s stock for you.

Can I buy a nearly new car?
If you wish us to find you a price on a nearly new car we will do so, contact us let us know what you want..we will do our best to help you. Once again, any decision to purchase and the purchase transaction will subsequently be between you and the dealer we link you with. We will only put you in touch with reputable franchised UK dealers.

Are your advertised prices applicable to all UK addresses?
Our prices are always from specific mainland UK dealers and are often not matched by dealers elsewehere i.e. the islands of Britain, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland. We will try to obtain a quote for you from a local dealer if the delivery is needed in these areas, or you may consider collecting the vehicle at an agreed venue on the mainland to take advantage of our prices. All our vehicle pricing includes mainland GB registration plates only unless we obtain a quotation acceptable to you from a dealer with your local registration notation i.e. in Northern Ireland.
